Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with optimization of PCB design fixation in ultrasonic oil level sensor. The introduction compares accessible PCB fixation options and suitable optimization solution is selected. On the created model of the sensor, a modal and harmonic analysis of the original PCB fixation solution is performed first. Subsequently, the chosen fixation elements are designed and using static analysis optimized. Finally, the optimized PCB fixation solution is checked by modal and harmonic analysis and the results obtained are compared with the results of the previous analysis. The created fixation elements are statically and dynamically convenient and are designed with respect to the essential requirements of the production. The ANSYS Workbench commercial FEM software is used for analyses. The thesis is supplemented by theoretical background of modal and harmonic analysis by finite element method.
