Metody nedestruktivní diagnostiky

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is devoted to ways and methods of non-destructive diagnostics. All of these methods serve to determine whether the material, part of or whole machine have faults, which may lead to problems not only in operation yet also in the further production program. Through using any method, the products do not fail and their use does not change. This piece of work contains theoretical and comprehensibly described methods, which are indispensable in practice. The practical part deals with a capillary test. It presents a detailed procedure for executing this test in pratice and details about which materials, parts and objects are suitable for testing. This test allows us to determine certain indications– faults with material, which are visible from the naked eye or under a UV lamp. The conclusion deals with the question of removing faults in the material, when remedial measures are still possible and when it is necessary to evaluate the material or part of it.
