Návrh výfukového potrubí dvoudobého zážehového motoru

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem výfukového potrubí dvoudobého motoru. V této práci je popsán princip činnosti dvoudobého motoru a vlivy na jeho činnost při plnění a výplachu válce motoru. Následuje zde popis funkce expanzního výfuku, s popisem možností ovládání výfuku pomocí výfukových přívěr a jejich základní funkce. V poslední kapitole je uveden postup výpočtu expanzního výfuku výpočetní metodou pro zvýšení výkonu motoru. A ověření návrhu změřením výkonu na zadním kole pomocí motorové brzdy.

The thesis deals with two-stroke engine exhaust pipe. This thesis describes the principle of operation of two-stroke engine and the influences on his work during filling and flushing the engine cylinder, furthermore the description of the functions are the expansion exhaust, describing the possibility of controlling exhaust muffler with throttle and their basic functions. The last chapter is stated how to calculate the expansion exhaust computational method for increasing engine power. And design verification by measuring the power at the rear wheel via the motor brake.
