Analýza vonkajšieho prostredia podniku VVS Verměřovice s.r.o.

Abstract

This thesis focuses on VVS Verměřovice s.r.o. company which operates in agricultural industry and company‘s main interest is in animal nutrition. There was made an External Analysis Environment with use of following methods and techniques. PEST Analysis was used to identify opportunities and threats, plus its importance and influence to company within business environment. Porter's Model of Five Competitive Forces was applied to identify key forces which have essential effect on future development of company. Subsequently, there was constructed a Map of Competing Groups which helped selection and designation of competing subjects which occurred in the same groups. Competitive Analysis helped to find out what are strengths and weaknesses of companies which belong to VVS Verměřovice s.r.o competing group. Finally, a complex evaluation of the company and its competitors was made.
