Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the investment efficiency and return of this investment for the unit owners using insulation of the housing, specifically the outside wall covers, including the exchange of all the fillings of the building holes.
In the theoretical part are described basic concepts of investment evaluation methods and financing possibilities. In the practical part, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment itself is carried out, the results are described, including the total value information for the Unit Owners Community.
