dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení efektivnosti a návratnosti investice Společenství vlastníků jednotek do zateplení obvodového pláště domu, včetně výměny všech výplní stavebních otvorů. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy z oblasti investic, popsány jednotlivé hodnotící metody, jejich vyhodnocení a možnosti financování. V praktické části je provedeno samotné hodnocení efektivnosti dané investice, popsány zjištěné výsledky a přínos investice pro členy Společenství vlastníků jednotek.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the investment efficiency and return of this investment for the unit owners using insulation of the housing, specifically the outside wall covers, including the exchange of all the fillings of the building holes. In the theoretical part are described basic concepts of investment evaluation methods and financing possibilities. In the practical part, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment itself is carried out, the results are described, including the total value information for the Unit Owners Community.en
