Abstract

In this diploma thesis it is discussed the optimization of logistics chains. It focuses on the individual elements of logistics chain of bakers’ company. The thesis deals with products distribution, reverse logistics and distribution channel expansion. The first part is devoted to the theoretical knowledge in the sphere of logistics, transport in company, retail chain and the movement of goods in company. The following part is an analysis of all problems arising in company in logistics areas that have been mentioned. The last part focuses on suggestions and recommendations for the company that could contribute to improve the current situation.
