Návrh mulčovače za malotraktor

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem mulčovače za malotraktor pro údržbu vinice a okolních pozemků. V úvodu práce se zabývám rešerší dané problematiky a průzkumem trhu dostupné techniky v České republice. Druhá část se věnuje samotnému konstrukčnímu návrhu mulčovače. V závěru práce je provedena pevnostní analýza pomocí metody konečných prvků a sepsány bezpečnostní pokyny pro práci s mulčovačem. Součástí práce je i výkresová dokumentace mulčovače.

This thesis deals with a constructional design of a mulcher behind a compact tractor for maintaining a vineyard and surrounding estates. In introduction this thesis focusing on recherche of exact issues and researches of a market which technologies are available in the Czech Republic. In the second part the thesis deals with the exact constructional design of the mulcher. In the end of the thesis there is made a strength analysis using a finite element method and draw up safety procedures for work with the mulcher. Thesis includes also drawing documentation of mulcher.
