Abstract

Bachelor's thesis deals with technology TOX clinching according to specific customer requirements. The main objective of the proposed technology is to fulfill the requirement of electrical conductivity connections. The joint is made of two sheets. The first one, galvanized 1.5 mm thick, is pressed into the second one, lacquered 1.2 mm thick. As a preliminary theoretical analysis and description of the technology TOX and used tools are given necessary and restrictive parameters on the joint and its control. In short, the company introduced TOX PRESSOTECHNIK. The explanation of their own work, hand tools and instruments, achievements including testing tools, design tool design and technological parameters. In conclusion stated evaluation of the results.
