Abstract

This bachelor thesis is handling with design of carriage electric hoist with carrying capacity 20 tons. The hoist will carry mechanical parts in the production hall. In the beggining of this work there is a main introduction of cranes. Designed hoist will move onto bottom flange of steel profile, which is placeable into the types of cranes, summarized in the second chapter. In the next chapter, there is a comparison of wire ropes and chains hoists, which can be fitted into the carriage. In the next part of the thesis there are technical calculations of individual parts of the carriage. In the bottom of the thesis there is FEM simulation of the construction of hoist. There are annexes and technical drawing documentation of every important part of the carriage included.
