Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with Methodology Concept for a locking of Screw with Glue. The first part is processed by a search of existing systems for screw connections. Next it was an overview of the adhesives and products for surface treatment of screws. In the next section are theoretically prepared bolt in power relationships and perform strength calculation for the tightening of screws specified torque. In the following section was developed process for the manufacture of meter and its calibration. The last part is an evaluation of all options for each measurement and the best combination is designed for the type of coating. In conclusion, the best readings evaluated and proposed the best combination of insurance, bonding screw.
