Řešení kapacit na vybrané lince

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with the solution of capacities on a selected line. The line is located in an unnamed company that manufactures automotive components. This work is to increase capacity on the line and meet customer requirements. The first part lists the basic concepts that occur in the practical part of the work. The concepts are followed by an analysis of the current state, where the time frame of the operation and production capacity is addressed. The current situation is being evaluated and a new solution is being proposed. Last but not least, the reduction of production cycle and changes on the line are mentioned. The last part presents a financial analysis and the result achieved.
