Charakterizace a zpracování směsí typu biomasa/pojivo

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá měřením určitých vlastností vstupního materiálu, pojiv a netorefikovaných a torefikovaných pelet. Vstupním materiálem je luční seno z Velké Lhoty ve Zlínském kraji. Seno se nadrtí a přidají se do něj pojiva v různém poměru. Jedná se o pojiva lignosulfonát, mouku a škrob. Následně se provedou potřebná měření a rozbory na všech vzorcích. Dále se jednotlivé vzorky zpeletizují a ztorefikují. Měření a zkoušky jsou provedeny i na netorefikovaných a torefikovaných peletách. Práce porovnává vliv určitých pojiv na kvalitu pelet. Součástí práce je návrh peletovací matrice. Na konci je jednoduchý výpočet spotřeby pelet na vytápění a ohřev teplé vody pro rodinný dům.

This diploma thesis deals with the measurement of certain properties of input material, binders and uncorrected and torrefied pellets. The input material is meadow hay from Velká Lhota in the Zlín Region. The hay is crushed and binders are added to it in various proportions. These are lignosulfonate, flour and starch binders. Subsequently, the necessary measurements and analyzes are performed on all samples. Furthermore, the individual samples are pelletized and clarified. Measurements and tests are also performed on non-torrefied and torrefied pellets. The thesis compares the influence of certain binders on the quality of pellets. Part of the thesis is the design of a pelletizing die. At the end is a simple calculation of pellet consumption for heating and hot water for a family house.
