Abstract
The submitted dissertation work is dedicated to the problematic of measurement system analyses that is a necessity by measurement systems validation during the preparation and realization phase of product development. There are few possibilities for measurement system analyses conducting, that contain of bias, stability, linearity analyses and GRR – gage repeatability and reproducibility analyses. The industry strictly to request this study is an automotive industry, where is this applicated by AIAG (MSA) method. This mephitic is tanks to working fluctuation widely speeded to other industries such as: aviation industry, the construction equipment industry, chemical industry and others. The AIAG (MSA) method is not the only one that can be used. In the German automotive industry with full sub-supplier chain is used VDA 5 method.
In the American environment is observed the EMP method that is unknown for European working industry. The partial goal of this dissertation thesis its detail explanation and compares with the AIAG (MSA) method. To achieve the dissertation thesis goal, there were done practical measurement activities, and their outputs were used for necessary simulations and analyses. One of the EMP method advantage is, there is a possibility to divide the measurement system quality into the four group. By the use of the first three groups it is possible correctly regulate the production processes by process behaviour diagram and consistency chart observation. To other advantages belong the working specification identification that provide the produced part a corresponsive percentage class of conforming product manufacturing. To the outputs of the presented dissertation work also belong the proposal for complex measurement system analyses conduction including the availability of a logical flow chart that takes in consideration the experience from praxes, real measurement department issues and gained information based on conduced simulation analyses by AIAG (AMS) and EMP method. The valuable output of dissertation thesis is also the overview of three GRR analyses methods (average and range method, ANOVA method and the honest GRR study) and conducted overview of weak points and point as to be necessary aware of by application of AIAG (MSA) method and EMP method.
