Abstract

This thesis focuses on the topic of talent management and its importance for the development of human resources within an organization. The aim of the thesis is to design an effective talent management system that supports the growth of key employees and contributes to achieving the company’s strategic goals. The theoretical part explores definitions of talent, approaches to talent identification, and methods of employee development. The practical part analyzes the current state of talent management in a selected company using a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. Based on the collected data, a specific internal development plan is proposed, including mentoring, coaching, and other forms of training. The results indicate that a systematic approach to talent management can significantly enhance employee motivation, loyalty, and performance.
