Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with optimization of material and information flows between individual production operations. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts of production process logistics, also mentions business information systems and their importance for business management. Subsequently, the theoretical basis is used to describe the current state of CPM operation of Unex a.s. Furthermore, a cause and effect diagram is compiled from which are selected the causes with the highest proportion of insufficient performance of the CPM production plan. Finally, the procedure for solving individual causes and the overall evaluation of the proposed solution is proposed.
