Návrh technologie výroby tvárnice zkumavek

Abstract

V zájmu této bakalářské práce je návrh nové technologie výroby formy na zkumavky pro firmu Paňák a.s. Dosavadní výroba byla ve firmě částečně zastaralá. To byl důvod proč navrhnout novou perspektivní technologii obrábění formy. Byly navrženy dvě varianty technologického postupu a také je zde uveden stávající postup. V této práci je dále popsána problematika frézování forem, pracovními pohyb při frézování, řezné podmínky a podstata frézování. Následně je rozebrán stávající technologický postup, navržení nové technologie a nových strojů pro firmu Paňák a.s. Jsou zde zahrnuty přínosy nové technologie pro další výrobu.

In the interest of my bachelor theses is the proposal for technology of production forms of tubes for Panak Company Inc. The present production was partially old-fashioned in the company. It was reason for the proposal for new advanced technology of machining form. It was suggested two variants of technological process and there is introduced current progress too. Further there is describing problems of routing forms, working movement of routing, cutting conditions and essence of routing in this thesis. Consequently it is describing current technological process, the purposal of new technology and machines for Panak Company Inc. There are included contributions of new technology for further production.
