Zařízení pro testování zámků a závěsů dveří automobilu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem pneumatického zařízení pro testování zámků a závěsů dveří automobilu. Součástí práce je rešerše různých typů závěsů dveří osobních automobilů. V úvodní části práce je také popsán průběh testu. Jsou zde uvedena různá řešení zařízení a vybráno nejvhodnější řešení. V další části práce je navrženo a vybráno konstrukční řešení zařízení. Výkresy dílů a sestavy jsou součástí příloh. Dále jsou navrženy dvě schémata pneumatického obvodu a navoleny pneumatické prvky vybraného obvodu. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na návrh alternativní elektro – pneumatické varianty řízení.

Master thesis deals with design of pneumatic equipment for vehicle door locks and hinges testing. Part of the thesis is research of different types of hinges of car door. In the begining of thesis the course of the test is describet. Different solutions of equipment are mentioned, and there is choice of the most suitable solution. Subsequenteltly, the design of equipment is designed and chosen. Drawings of parts and asseblies are included in enclosure. Next section of the thesis is dealing with pneumatic schemes and selection of pneumatic elements. The end of the thesis is focused on electro – pneumatic alternative of device.
