Abstract

The theme of the thesis was to analyzes loyalty program on the fresh juice market. Marketing research was implemented by two methods. The first method was the on-line questionnaire, a second method was a mystery shopping, which took place at the Shopping center Forum Nová Karolina. The main aim of this thesis was to analyze the company's loyalty program UGO trade.
