Dopady Brexitu na dodavatelský řetězec MRO

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with research of Brexit impact on supply chain of the aircraft maintenance and repair organization. At the introduction, basic concepts used in aircraft maintenance were described and Brexit issues were introduced. Impacts of Brexit were described and large aircraft‘s spare parts inventory was analyzed.

Thanks to the gathered data, multi-criteria decision-making process was used to pick a suitable spare parts supplier. After a change of suppliers, resulting data were compared to situation before Brexit. Outcome of diploma thesis is a financial calculation and creation of basic recommendation leading to decrease of financial and time impacts on MRO supply chain.
