Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create an analysis of risks in the environment of a small company, identify external and internal risks, their consequences, probability and propose recommendations for their reduction. This work should happen for the company Peštuka s.r.o. an appropriate tool to identify threats that may have a significant impact on the functioning. The bachelor's thesis deals with the threats of the part in terms of risks, jobs, risks in production and risks caused by natural influences.
