Abstract

This thesis describes the design of internal cooling design for the frontal milling cutters. In the introduction provides an familiarization of to the problem. The thesis also briefly describes the methods of milling and cooling principle. In the thesis are stated options of design of internal cooling from competitive companies. In the main part of this thesis are projected three variants of internal cooling design for frontal milling cutters. For each variant is designed detailed drawings. Individual variations are checked by the strength calculations. In the conclusions is described technical-economic evaluation, which summarizes all the advantages and disadvantages that are associated with the design of internal cooling of the frontal milling cutters.
