Unifikace čelních osových diferenciálů těžkých nákladních vozidel Tatra

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá unifikací čelních osových diferenciálů těžkých nákladních vozidel Tatra. V rešeršní části práce je společnost TATRA TRUCKS a.s. stručně popsána. Rešerše pokračuje popisem principu diferenciálu a popisem jednotlivých typů diferenciálů. V hlavní části práce je vytvořen přehled řazení diferenciálu u sériových provedení vozidel Tatra T158 a vybraných atypických vozidel. Další část práce se zabývá unifikací na základě výrobního plánu z let 2015 až 2022. V dalším kroku je vytvořen přehled nejčastějších diferenciálů v sériových vozidlech Tatra T158. Následuje výpočet osového korunového diferenciálu pro ještě neexistující specifikaci vozidla. Pro osový korunový diferenciál byl navržen nový polotovar. Součástí práce jsou vytvořené výrobní výkresy vyrovnávacího kola, skříně osového korunového diferenciálu a sestavný výkres osového korunového diferenciálu T003077.

The bachelor's thesis deals with unification of a spur axle differentials for heavy trucks Tatra. The company TATRA TRUCKS a.s. is briefly described in the research part of the work. The research continues with a description of the principle of the differential and a description of individual types of differentials. In the main part of the work, an overview of the gearing of the differentials for the serial versions of Tatra T158 vehicles and selected atypical vehicles is created. The next part of the work deals with unification based on the production plan from 2015 to 2022. In the next step, an overview of the most common differentials for Tatra T158 serial vehicles is created. The follow-up part of my bachelor's thesis is the calculation of the crown differential for a vehicle specification that does not exist yet. A new blank was designed for the axial crown differential. Part of the work are created production drawings of the leveling wheel, axle crown differential housing and axle crown differential assembly drawing T003077.
