Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals with satisfaction of customers with services quality of Czech Post branch in Hranice. The whole thesis is based on theoretical ground, where are explained terms such as service, client, quality, questionnaire or data analyzing methods. Also state enterprise, The Czech Post and it´s branch in Hranice, is characterized. In the practical part the questionnaire is created and after that obtained data is analyzed. In conclusion of the thesis situation of customer satisfaction is assessed and solution for increase in quality of providing services is proposed.
