Abstract

Bachelor thesis solves optimal setting of input parameters for 3D printer which has significant impact on final quality of a product. Search section deals with basic principles of 3D printing as a production technology. Describes modern technologies and use of adaptive printing parameters in case of creating sophisticated products. Experimental section is focused on finding optimal setup of extruder temperature and thickness of the printed layer. Quality product is an extensive and general term so ranking was based on precision of printed outer rounding on specific model. Measurement proceeded by use of software application on images from a microscope. Result of thesis is finding effect of printing parameters to the production of a quality product and detection the best combination.
