Abstract

The topic of this thesis is ,,An Analysis of Employee Education and Development Process in a Chosen Organization“. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the process of training and employee development and formulation of proposals and recommendations for its improvement. This work is divided into two parts, namely theoretical part and practical part. The first part describes theoretical bases of education and development of employees. The second part is devoted to the introduction and characteristics of a company Prestar, s. r. o. and the description and analysis of the system of education. The last part includes suggestions and recommendations in the area of education and development of employees.
