Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of flexibility and working time conditions in a selected company. Empirical research in the form of a questionnaire survey was used. And at the same time, this quantitative method is interspersed with a qualitative method, where an in-depth interview was conducted with the head of the HR department, Ms. A. The thesis concludes with a summary of the key findings and conclusions from the analysis.
