Abstract
The aim of this paper is to resident satisfaction measurement with the municipal services and facilities of the village Neplachovice. The thesis is based on theoretical model of public services, marketing mix of municipality and satisfaction measurement. This marketing research had been done via questionnaire inquiry.
In the last part, there are suggested recommendations, which could lead to higher satisfaction of resident.
