| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je změřit spokojenost obyvatel se službami a zázemím obce Neplachovice. Práce vychází z teoretických východisek veřejných služeb, marketingového mixu obce a měření spokojenosti. Marketingový výzkum probíhal pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V poslední části práce jsou navrženy doporučení, které by mohly vést k větší spokojenosti obyvatel. | cs |

The thesis is based on theoretical model of public services, marketing mix of municipality and satisfaction measurement. This marketing research had been done via questionnaire inquiry.
