Abstract

This Master's thesis deals with structural change of seasonal employees in a specific time period and see how this change affected production, interpersonal relationship, leadership recruitment and so on. The thesis is composed of four parts. The first part is about theoretical concepts and models of leadership applicable to working with seasonnal workers. It is also about intercultural management and differences among labour laws in USA, CZ and EU. In the second part is charakterized choosen company. The third part is the core of thesis. It is focused on analysis of structural changes. The secondary data was analyzed by adequate mathematical and statistical methods. To obtain qualitative data was used semi-structured interview and unstructured observation. In the last two parts are proposals and recommendations that would be good to do.
