Abstract
This dissertation thesis describes an analysis of forces caused by steel tubes movement.I have done analysis for two kinds of steel material called “16CrMo4”, and “C35”. The analyzed tubes of a size 273 x 16 mm were being bent until the bend radius reached size of a five-time-size of an average of the tube (1365 mm). The “Q-Form” software was used for the performance of this analysis. This thesis brings information about the tubes bending, description of the whole process and result of the MKP numeric analysis.
