Abstract

Lever cone is an essential part of a bicycle. This thesis deals with a project of a constructional and technological system of bicycle gearing. This system is to replace contemporary manufacture by cutting operation as well as the shape of the component. That will lead to reducing the cost of production and claims as a consequence of changing the shape and process of manufacture. The proposal of the new constructional and technological system is supplemented with a calculation of all necessary parameters using a „QForm“ simulation program and technical-economic evaluation.
