Abstract

The thesis deals with a topic of “Strategic analysis of sport organizations in a sourced town”. The first part deals with wording and a description of theoretic knowledge from a special literature into a structured and arranged form from which an inspiration for an execution of the strategic analysis for Nový Jičín is gathered. There are solved all economic environments – macro, mezzo and micro there. The gathered information about the sport organizations of sourced town was executed to evaluate disadvantages and advantages of the sport culture in Nový Jičín. The practical part of the thesis is firstly focused on the presentation of the sourced sport organizations to use the information in following detail analysis. In the macro environment there is the economy investigated as one unit where inflation, an unemployment rate, real and nominal wages, a trade policy of the state etc. are solved. The mezzo surrounding deals with a market of sport organizations, associations and activities in specific conditions of Nový Jičín. Details, processes, conceptions and behavior of sourced sport subjects in given conditions are reflected in frame of micro environment. The market recess and a formed investment propose, which implementation has initiated during the execution of the strategic analysis, are the outputs of the strategic analysis. The thesis result serves primarily as a background for execution of a business plan, further as a core of project application for the finance support from the European Structural funds and finally as a feedback for an optimalization of future projected and/or operating processes.
