Využívání strategického řízení při strategickém plánování vybraných obcí

Abstract

This master thesis is dedicated to a strategic management in chosen municipalities. The main goal is to determine whether municipalities use strategic management during strategic planning and which techniques they use. In the theoretic part there are explained basic conceptions which are related to strategic management in organizations and in municipalities. Practical part is dedicated to exploration in chosen municipalities. Exploration is made by questionnaire and interview. At the conclusions there is suggested new technique of strategic analysis for municipality.
