dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je věnována strategickému řízení ve vybraných obcích. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, zda obce využívají strategické řízení během strategického plánování a jaké techniky při něm používají. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které souvisí se strategickým řízení organizací obecně a obcí. Praktická část je věnována samotnému průzkumu jednotlivých obcí a to pomocí dotazníku a rozhovoru. V závěru je navržena technika strategické analýzy pro obce.cs
dc.description.abstractThis master thesis is dedicated to a strategic management in chosen municipalities. The main goal is to determine whether municipalities use strategic management during strategic planning and which techniques they use. In the theoretic part there are explained basic conceptions which are related to strategic management in organizations and in municipalities. Practical part is dedicated to exploration in chosen municipalities. Exploration is made by questionnaire and interview. At the conclusions there is suggested new technique of strategic analysis for municipality.en
