Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the existing system of education and development of employees in the JINPO PLUS a.s. company. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge about this issue. The theoretical part is based od study of Czech and foreign professional publications and it has been elaborated using scientific methods, such as comparison, analysis and synthesis. In the practical part the selected company is characterized and an analysis of the research questions has been carried out at JINPO PLUS a.s. through observation and a questionnaire survey. Based on the information the company has been presented with proposals to improve the current system of staff education and development. The first recommendation is related to the improvement of staff education and development. the first recommendation is related to the improvement of the communication system - such as improving staff awareness of the educational activities taking place in the company; the second deals with the introduction of an employee evaluation system together with processing personal development plans and, finally, methods of evaluation of educational activities have been recommended.
