Abstract

Master thesis deals with the design and construction of a bicycle Hub with an Automatic Three-speed Gearbox. In the introduction part of the thesis there are describe main points. First chapter deals with overview and mapping of current solutions. Second part deals with the detail analysis of two-speed automatic gear hub sample including identification of gears ratios and input data examination. Third chapter deals with the principle of automatic shifting. Next chapter consists strength examination, parts of shift mechanism and axis. The conclusion contains described of achieved results. The last part of the thesis contains appendixes, assembly drawing and detail drawing of axis.
