Abstract

The thesis analyzes the problem of municipalities lacking sufficient financial means for realizing expensive investments. It searches for possible resources that would allow their realization, and evaluates the intensity of using individual kinds of loans, their advantages and disadvantages, their availability and consequences in the form of increasing indebtedness of municipalities. The practical part of the work examines management of a specific municipality, including its ability to implement planned investments with respect to preserving its financial stability.
