dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá nedostatkem vlastních finančních prostředků obcí pro realizaci náročných investic. Hledány jsou zdroje pro jejich realizaci, hodnocena intenzita využívání jednotlivých druhů zápůjčních prostředků, jejich výhody, nevýhody, dostupnost a důsledky v podobě rostoucí zadluženosti obcí. V praktické části je zkoumáno hospodaření konkrétní obce včetně její schopnosti realizace plánovaných investic s ohledem na zachování její finanční stability.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis analyzes the problem of municipalities lacking sufficient financial means for realizing expensive investments. It searches for possible resources that would allow their realization, and evaluates the intensity of using individual kinds of loans, their advantages and disadvantages, their availability and consequences in the form of increasing indebtedness of municipalities. The practical part of the work examines management of a specific municipality, including its ability to implement planned investments with respect to preserving its financial stability.en
