Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on designing a lifting tipper for the food industry. The first part of the thesis presents a research on the topic, including the classification of these machines according to the ČSN EN 13288+A1 standard, the possible design variants of the machine parts, and the selection of the most suitable solution. Alternatively, it presents three companies involved in designing these machines, from which the theses is inspired. This section concludes with a summary in the form of a morphological matrix and a picture of the resulting model of the lifting tipper. The next part of the thesis deals with the calculation of the partial structural parts of the lifting tipper. This section includes the inspection, design, or dimensioning of the components. Additionally, it includes FEM analysis, which is used to determine the maximum stresses or to compare the results with the analytical method.
