Racionalizace procesu montáže brzdového třmenu

Abstract

The bachelor´s these deals with designing a suitable product for placing and removing assembly head s in the Brembo Czech s.r.o.company in Ostrava. The first part of the thesis describes history of the Brembo company, rationalization, its importance and application. Then the thesis deals with material flow, basis of work standardization and SMED method. The practical part of the thesis deals with description of current situation, designing the product and evaluation of results.
