Abstract
The thesis deals with the design and implementation of a test system for pressure sensors, developed in cooperation with the Schaeffler development site, which also operates in the automotive sector. The introductory part provides an overview of sensors used in the automotive industry, including their functions and testing methods. This is followed by a detailed design and construction of the test system, including the selection of suitable instruments and software, their mutual interconnection, and the communication interface. A key part of the thesis is the development of an application in the LabVIEW environment, which enables fully automated measurement of electrical and physical quantities. The program includes logic for evaluating results against predefined limits, displaying clear outputs for the operator, and automatic export of data to a pre-prepared template. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the results obtained during sensor testing and an assessment of the functionality of the proposed system.
