Konstrukční návrh kabiny řidiče velkostroje

Abstract

Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. V úvodu je rešerše konstrukce a upevnění kabin řidiče velkostroje na rýpadlech používaných na obou lokalitách SD a.s. Následuje konstrukční návrh zdvihu kabiny řidiče, rozbor sil působících na kabinu řidiče za klidu i za provozu stroje a základní výpočet zdvihu kabiny. Dále je návrh kabiny řidiče velkostroje a jejího rozvržení. V závěru práce je návrh osy kabiny řidiče s její pevnostní kontrola.

The work is divided into several parts. At the beginning of the research there are showned as the design as the mounting of the cabs on the excavators giant machines used at both locations SD a.s. The following part deals with the design of cab´s lift, analysis of the forces acting on the cab during the rest and during the machine operation and basic calculation of the lift´s cabin. The final part deals with the proposal of cab of giant machine and its patterns. In conclusion there is the proposal of the cab´s axis with its strength tests.
