Dopravní systém pro svislou dopravu kulovitých částic

Abstract

This thesis solves the problem of transport of spherical particles in vertical direction to a height of 7 meters. Initially, the work focuses on the various options of transport of materials in the vertical direction, which can be in the form of vertical belt and screw conveyors, bucket elevators, Schrage conveyors, or pipeline transport using pneumatic or hydraulic media. This is followed by the selection of the most suitable variant of the solution, which is then further calculated in terms of strength and technological requirements. All calculations are also accompanied by a design description of the solved parts of the conveyor. At the end there is a drawing documentation in which both the conveyor itself and some other components are shown.
