Abstract
The bachelor's thesis is dedicated to the design and processing of a new hookah heat management system component for marvin smoke s.r.o. in order to rationalize the production of this component. The thesis contains a description of the current state of the water pipe market, including a comparison of models and prices. A production analysis of the original component models was then carried out. The design and manufacturing process of the new type of hookah component are included. The Inventor Professional 2022 Program was used in the design of the 3D Model and the TNC 640 Program was used for the actual production on the machine. The detailed technological process is set out in an annex to this work. The result is a quantification of the production price of the new component and an appreciation of the rationalization of production.
