Abstract

The thesis „Strategic Analysis of Foundy Company“ is to find the factors of internal and external business environment that affect the sales strategy for product with high added value. This thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical section are described the basic concepts related to strategic analysis and individual analisis of the external and internal environment of business. The practical part begins with the introduction of MSA, continues developing analysis applied to this company. At the end of the thesis are specific proposals and recommendations for the company shich respnd to the results of the SWOT analysis, thus more important strenghts and weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
