Abstract

In the submitted thesis is an evaluation of the current software for internal training of a selected company and its innovations from which new suggestions and recommendations arose. The first part contains the theoretical background, in which training and learning process is given, training and development programmers, management of business documentation and also an explanation of the terms software, database systems and information systems. After that follows the description of the company, its history, structure of employees and internal documentation. The next part is the actual evaluation of existing software and its description, it contains the descriptions of individual modules of the software. The following part is about software upgrades. The last part deals with the proposals and recommendations, you will find solutions to the shortcomings, the concept of training centers and allocation of training programmers there.
