Rovnací zařízení na dráty

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with optimization of an unwinding device. The device is part of the production line for steel spokes of bicycle wheels. The first part deals with the distribution of unwinding devices. In the following part, I describe both problems occurring on the machine and the problem solving. Concerning the next part, it is focused on calculated critical force designed and controlled by the individual elements. The main carrier of the mechanism was checked by FEM. The last part deals with wide evaluation of the work and the possibility of introducing the proposed solution into production.
