Numerická simulace svařování vysokouhlíkové oceli zpracované SPD procesem

Abstract

This master thesis deals with numerical simulation of high carbon steel sheet extrusion by DRECE equipment using a Simufact.forming software and subsequently with arc welding numerical simulation of extruded sheets using a Simufact.welding software. Effects of sheet passes through DRECE equipment material properties are evaluated on the basis of obtained stress intensity and deformation intensity values. Consequence of the welding process is evaluated on the basis of residual stress and weld joint hardness values. Then these values are verified by experiment. The thesis result is feasibility verification of simulated processes and their comparison with experiments.
