Abstract
This thesis contains theoretical analysis of combustion turbine design. There is described principle of cogeneration and trigeneration. Small combustion turbines are divided into three groups according to their electrical power. Microturbines and their basic parts like for example compressor, combustion chamber, turbine etc. are detailed described. In this thesis are compared piston engines and microturbines, which are using in cogeneration units.
